Risk and Title Pass when the Parcel is Scanned Delivered by the Carrier (Aligns with § 5 of the Shipping Policy).

5. Payment & Taxes

IDEAL GOLF CLOTHING is Built on Shopify, World's #1 Online Store Platform with Secure Transactions. Our Selected Payment Methods are Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, American Express & Klarna.

Currency: US Dollars ($) is the Store Currency.

Taxes: We do not Collect Standard Tax from the Customer (you) but are Pricing our Products after our own Paid Shipping (to your address) & Taxes which is Normally $15-$20 in Total for each Product that We (IDEAL GOLF CLOTHING) are Paying every time we Receive an Order. Not only that, we (IDEAL GOLF CLOTHING) are also Paying 25% Tax to the Norwegian Government after National Law each Year. That’s the Main Reason for our Pricing and are forced to have the Pricing we do have today. Some Countries, followed by National Law can Charge your Imported.

Order “Basic Import Tax”, but those Potential Costs are on the Customer’s Responsibility.

Fraud: We use 2026 PSD3 Complaint 3-D Secure. Suspicious Orders may be Paused Pending ID Verification.  

6. Shipping, Delivery & Force Majeure

Delivery Times are Estimates and Not Guaranteed Deadlines, but our 7-10 Days Safe & Free Shipping is our Realistic Estimated Shipping, since its International Shipping.

Force Majeure: Pandemics, Strikes, Extreme Weather, Wars or Plane Disruptions Release us from Liability for Delays: We will Notify you and Allow Cancellation if the Delay Exceeds 30 Days (Statutory Right for EU/UK Customers).

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Refunds

Our 14 Days Risk Free Return Policy is Very Simple and Customer friendly.

The Customer (you) placed an Order at www.idealgolfclothing.com have 14 Days Risk Free Return Policy, means you (The Customer) have 14 Days “After you Received" the Order to Send a Request for a Return & Full Refund, Contact our Customer Service Team at returns@idealgolfclothing.com for any Returns. We do Not Qualify any Requests for Returns & Refunds after 14 Days, Therefore Not Proceeded.

8. Warranties & Defects

Warranty: 1 Year Conformity Guarantee in the US Law, 2 years under EU/EEA & 5 Years in Norway

What is Covered: Material or Manufacturing Defects Existing at the time of Delivery.

What is NOT Covered: Normal Wear & Tear, Damage from Misuse, Accidental Damage, Shrinkage within Accepted Textile Norms (≤3 %).

Remedy: Repair, Replacement, or Full Refund at our option. We will also Refund Reasonable Return Postage for Defective Goods.

By Posting a Review, Photo, or Hashtag #idealgolfclothing you grant us a Non-Exclusive, Royalty-Free, Worldwide Licence to use, Reproduce, and Display the Content for Marketing Purposes.

You retain Ownership and are Solely Responsible for the Content: It Must be Lawful, Non-Infringing and Truthful.

We Moderate and may Remove Content that is Offensive, Misleading or Violates Third-Party Rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Aggregate Liability is Limited to the Total Amount you Paid for the Specific Order Giving Rise to the Claim.

We are not liable for:

Indirect, Incidental, or Consequential Damages.

Colour Variance within Accepted Industry Tolerances.

Delays Caused by Customs Clearance or Incorrect Address Data Supplied by You (The Customer).

We may Suspend or Terminate your Account or an Order if you Violate our (IDEAL GOLF CLOTHING) Terms that are Created for Customer Privacy & Security Reasons, engaging in Fraudulent Activity or cause Risk to us or Other Users will Follow Consequences. 

Sections 9 (IP), 11 (Limitation), 12 (Indemnity, 16 (Governing Law) and 17 (Disputes) Survive Termination.

Norway / EU Consumers: These Terms are Governed by Norwegian Law without regard to its Conflict-of-Law Rules. You may also rely on Mandatory Consumer Protections of your Home Country.

UK Consumers: Governed by English Law: Jurisdiction of the Courts of England & Wales unless you Live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

USA / Rest of World: Governed by New York Law: Exclusive Jurisdiction in Oslo District Court unless Mandatory Local Law Requires Otherwise.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution First: Contact support@idealgolfclothing.com within 30 Days of the Issue Arising.

Formal Mediation: If Unresolved, Either Party may Request Mediation under the Mediation Rules of the Oslo Chamber of Commerce.

Binding Arbitration: If Mediation Fails, Disputes will be Finally Settled by Arbitration in Oslo under the Norwegian Arbitration Act 2004 by a Single Arbitrator. Judgment on the Award may be Entered in any Court having Jurisdiction.

Consumers may still choose to take Disputes to the Small-Claims Court or use the EU ODR Platform instead of Arbitration.

18. Severability

If any Clause is Found Unlawful or Unenforceable, the Remaining Clauses Stay in Full Force and the Invalid Clause will be Interpreted to Reflect the Original intent as Closely as Possible.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms together with the Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, Constitute the Entire Agreement between you and the IDEAL GOLF CLOTHING relating to the Site www.idealgolfclothing.com and Supersede all Prior Agreements, Statements or Understandings.
